- PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of Levan Town, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday April 5, 2023, at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan Utah, at 7:00 PM. PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING: The agenda shall be as follows: The order of business may change as time permits. 1. Opening Business: Welcome Roll Call Prayer Pledge of Allegiance 2. Action Items: a. Approval of past Minutes: March 1, 2023, Regular Planning Meeting b. Permit Applications: Home - Teagan Christensen Home - Chris Chipping Outbuilding - Kendall Carrigan Home - Stowell (this is also a discussion item due to road construction) 3. Reports: Office issued permits: Mike Morgan - Backup Generator 4. Discussion Items: Stowell/Mangelson/Sperry - Road construction Courtlan Wilcox - Bathroom addition, variance request due to corner lot set-back Adjourn: In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Levan Town will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting. Request assistance by contacting the Levan Town office at 435-623-1959.
