Creekside Lane, Smithfield, in the Rural 2 (RU2) Zone. Skyline Meadows Subdivision - A request to create a three lot subdivision on 33.42 acres, located at ~6150 S. 1800 W., Hyrum, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. Regular Action Items Nautica Subdivision 1st Amendment Extension Request - A request for an extension of the effective period of approval to add a new lot to an existing 11-lot subdivision, located at ~1400 W. 6710 S., Hyrum, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. Public Hearing (5:45PM or soon thereafter) - Richmond City Creek Rezone - A request to rezone a total of 7.58 acres, located at 9000 N. Highway 91., Richmond, from the Agricultural (A10) zone to the Industrial (I) Zone. Public Hearing (6:00PM or soon thereafter) - Wellsville Safe Storage 2 Rezone - A request to rezone 8.00 acres, located at 3900 S. Highway 89/91, Wellsville, from the Agricultural (A10) Zone to the Commercial (C) Zone. Public Hearing (6:15PM or soon thereafter) - Wi Fiber Tower/Summit Storage Rezone - A request to apply the Public Infrastructure (PI) Overlay to a 0.25-acre portion of a 5.93-acre parcel, located at 270 N. 2600 W., Logan, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. Discussion: Geotechnical report requirements for accessory structures. Discussion: Adding the surface-fault-rupture special study zone as a geologic hazard that requires a geotechnical report.
