- Levan Town PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the mayor and members of the Town Council of the Town of Levan, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, the 14th of May 2026 at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan, Utah at 7:00 P.M. The agenda shall be as follows: The order of the agenda items may change. 1. Opening Ceremonies: Welcome: Invocation: Pledge of Allegiance: Local Building Authority - Agenda: None Regular Town Council Agenda: 2. Discussion Items/Action Items: Order subject to change a. Public Comments: Each speaker may be provided with up to two minutes to speak. In addition to topics on the agenda, the council may allow public comments on other topics. 6. Closed Session (May be called to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, or deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems.) Closed Session (May be called to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; collective bargaining; and/or the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, a proposed development agreement, a project proposal, or a financing proposal related to the development of land owned by the State.) 7.
