- Notice of a Public Hearing The City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 2, at 6:00 p.m. - TRAILS ON MAIN. The proposal involves changing the current zone from Rural Residential to R-4 to allow for a Master Planned Development of 279 residential units located at 1600 South Main Street. - CANYON COURT URBAN. The proposal involves changing the current zone and approving a mixed-use development located at 400 North Spanish Fork Parkway. The meeting will be held on the second floor of Library Hall at 80 South Main Street in Spanish Fork. Written questions and comments will be forwarded to the City Council.
