Meeting Called to Order: Invocation by Invitation; Pledge of Allegiance B. Presentation: 1. Employee of the Year C. Consent Agenda: (Items on the consent agenda may not require discussion. These items will be a single motion unless removed at the request of the Mayor or City Council.) 1. Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Agenda 3. Approval of LVC section 1-6-4; Public Official Bond and/or Insurance Coverage 4. Meeting Minutes: December 7, 2022, work and regular meeting 5. Checks and Invoices: $305,274.99 D. Business: 1. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. R-2023-01; a resolution adopting a Memorandum of Understanding between participating entities regarding the Washington County (1) Critical Incident Task Force Response (CITF)/Abduction Response Team (CART), and (2) Critical Incident Task Force Investigative Protocol. 2.
