- NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE PUBLIC OF TRENTON THE TRENTON TOWN COUNCIL Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Council and to the general public that the Trenton Town Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday May 5, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order Mayor Erick Simmonds 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of Agenda 4. Approval of Minutes April 7, 2026 5. Review and approval of May 2026 checks PUBLIC COMMENTS Comments will be taken from the public on items that are not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes 7:05- Cache County Sheriff's office 7:20- Public hearing on the following ordinance: Ordinance #2026-05-01-Right of Way ordinance 1. Sheriff's Office Contracts 2. Birds in roadway-Darrell Merrill 3. Country Dynamics, LLC- Rulon Fisher 4. Concerns regarding irrigation pipe- Jeff Andrew 5. Ordinance # 2026-04-01-Right-of-way Ordinance 6. Budget Workshop 7. Parks/Recreation/Cemetery Update- Councilmember Wangsgard 8. Roads Update- Councilmember Merrill 9. Planning & Zoning/Fire Department Update-Councilmember Kingston 10. Water Update-Councilmember Nelson 11. Mayor Update Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-205. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Macall Smith, Town Recorder, (435) 563-9929, at least 24 hours before the meeting.
