Review and Possible Approval of Carbon Water Conservancy District's Participation in the Carbon County Local Government Group Concerning the Gooseberry Narrows Project. 8. Update USGS Stream Gage Station below Scofield Dam. 9. Review and Discuss Options for Upgrading Flow Measurement Device below Scofield Dam. 10.
