- NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING TO THE PUBLIC AND RESIDENTS OF UINTAH COUNTY: Notice is hereby given that the Administrative Control Board of the UINTAH ANIMAL CONTROL AND SHELTER SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT will hold a meeting in the North Conference Room of the Uintah County Building at 152 East 100 North, Vernal Utah on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. AGENDA OPENING CEREMONY 1. Welcome by Chair-Person-Debra Hamaker (1 min) 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Inspirational or Humorous Thought STANDING BUSINESS 1. Request for Approval of Minutes from the April 9, 2026, Meeting (2 min) 2. Horse Gather Discussion- Clay Crozier (30 minutes) 3. Request Approval of the New Windows and Door Quote (5 mins) 4.
