- CLARKSTON TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Planning Commission will hold a meeting on the 14th day of May 2026 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 24 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve minutes from April 16, 2026. 2. Permits/Business Licenses - Business Licenses: o Ally Drafting & Design: 163 E. Center St. - Dustin Lema o The Risky Biscuit: 336 E. Center St. - Jason Gnehm - Outstanding Building/Zoning Permits: o Russ Davis: 322 N Main - Zoning Clearance 3. Business - Minor Subdivision Application - Tim & Stacy Goodey: Parcel# 15-028-0056 - Commissioner Training / Q&A 4. Public Comment 5. Adjourn In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Deputy Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
