- TOWN OF STERLING PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION WILL HOLD THEIR NEXT MEETING ON TUESDAY, June 9th, 2026 AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. The Agenda shall be as follows: Welcome by Commission Chairman, Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call Approval of minutes from previous meeting(s). Discussion/Concerns brought up by community members or Commission not to be voted on. Discussion on Road Plan Discussion on updating the town's land use ordinance to include clarifying the set back requirements. Discussion on conditional use permits with requirements and zoning considerations for RV parks, auto shops and similar businesses. Meeting Adjournment.
