- June 2026 Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Lake Point Improvement District will hold its regular scheduled business meeting on June 11, 2026 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Broken Arrow Conference Room, 8960 Clinton Landing Road, Lake Point, Utah. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to Order 2. Public Concerns 3. Approval of Minutes 4. Finances 5. Operations: a. Performance report - weekly influent sampling b. Nutrient monitoring c. Jesse Johnson Operator d. Summer fill in for Karl e. Blue staking (who is handling now) f. GIS System 6. Approval of Certified Tax Rate for 2026. 7. Construction projects and repairs a. Lift Station number 1 (by Broken Arrow) b. Aerators c. Blue Moon Drive sewer repair d. Sunset sewer manhole location e. Collette/Weston Way pavement repair f. Regional pump station Backflow prevention device g. Chlorine shed h. Lagoon weed control 8. Aerator Expansion project 9. Sewer Rate Study 10. Other District Business or Trustee Concerns 11. Adjournment
