- AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Stansbury Park Improvement District will hold its Board Meeting on June 16, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the Stansbury Park Office, 30 Plaza. One of the three Board Members may participate in and join the Board Meeting electronically. The agenda will be as follows: 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. HAYNIE-PRESENTATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF SPID'S 2025 AUDIT & FINANCIAL REPORT INCLUDING FINANCIAL CERTIFICATION FORM FOR THE STATE 3. MILL LEVY APPROVAL OF 2026 CERTIFIED TAX RATE & ADOPTING RESOLUTION 4. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION 2026-6 ESTABALISHING AN INTERNAL AUDIT COMMITTEE POLICY AND CHECKLIST 5. WATER LOSS REPORT 6. MANAGER OPERATION REPORT 7. APPROVE MEETING MINUTES OF MAY 19, 2026 8. APPROVE FINANCIALS & WARRANTS 9. PETITIONS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND PUBLIC COMMENT 10. ADJOURN
