- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING June 23, 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing, TUESDAY, June 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone 533 square feet of property located at approximately 2382 East 1200 North (Parcel ID 09-088-0161) currently zoned A (Agriculture) to R-1-10 (Single Family Residential). If you desire further information regarding this rezone proposal, please contact the Community and Economic Development Department, (801) 336-3780.
