DISCUSSION/ACTION/RECOMMEND - to grant Preliminary Plat Approval for Dixon Creek Phase 2A located at approximately 1243 North Washington Blvd. 7. DISCUSSION/ACTION/RECOMMEND - to grant Conditional Use Permit #156 for a farmer's market located at 607 West Harrisville Road. 8. PUBLIC COMMENTS - (3 minute maximum) 9.
