- PAROWAN CITY NOTICE OF ORDINANCES Notice is hereby given that the Parowan City Council at its regular meeting of May 28, 2026, passed the following ordinance: 1. Ordinance No. 2026-06: An ordinance amending the Transportation Master Plan of Parowan City to reclassify a portion of 100 North from a local right to a minor collector. A copy of said ordinances is attached below and may also be viewed at the office of the Parowan City Recorder, 35 E 100 N, Parowan, Utah. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING: I, the duly appointed City Recorder, do hereby certify that the above notice was posted this 9th day of June, 2026. A copy of the foregoing notice was emailed to The Spectrum, posted at the Parowan City Hall, posted on the Parowan City website at www.parowan.gov, and posted on the Utah Public Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
