- PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday June 9, 2026 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting May 12, 2025. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) June 2026. 3. Discuss 2025-2026 SGHA budget. 4. Discuss Grievance Process in more detail. (Daniel Baldwin) 5. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM 6. Report from Steve Kemp City Council. 7. Reports from Board Members and Housing Director. 8. Request a closed meeting to discuss litigation, security, property acquisition or sale of the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual. REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION: The St. George Housing Authority will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing Housing Authority programs.
