Declaration of Conflicts by Commission Members with Any Agenda Item 3. Approval of Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes from May 20, 2026 4. Public Comment 5. PUBLIC HEARING TO HEAR COMMENTS regarding a preliminary subdivision plat for Gateway Peaks Subdivision, Phase 1. This subdivision is proposed for the property recently annexed into the city as the Prime West Development LLC Annexation and consists of approximately 51.16 acres. The Commission will also hear comments regarding the 1200 West Road Dedication for Evil Water Land LLC. 6. Approval of the 1200 West Road Dedication Plat 7. Discussion Regarding the Commercial Sign Code 8. Discussion Regarding Building Permits for Re-Roofing a House 9. Report on 2026 Legislative Changes 10. Member Reports 11.
