- FRUITLAND SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES REGULAR MEETING Thursday, June 11, 2026 - 10:00 a.m. Fruitland Special Service District Office 6186 S 45000 W, Fruitland, Utah 84027 AGENDA 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of Minutes o Consideration and possible approval of the May 14, 2026 Regular Meeting Minutes. 4. Approval of Claims and Financial Report o Review and possible approval of expenditures, checks, and financial reports. 5. Public Comment o Members of the public may address the Board regarding matters not otherwise on the agenda. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person. 6. Swearing-In of Trustee John Crowley o Administration of Oath of Office to newly appointed Trustee John Crowley. 7. Jones & DeMille - Engineering Update o Treatment Project update. o Discussion regarding project advertising and bidding process. o Other engineering matters as necessary. 8. New Water Connection Requests o Consideration and possible approval of a new water connection for Blair Parkinson. o Consideration and possible approval of a new water connection for Carson Natter. 9. Operator's Report o System operations update. o Interim chlorination update. o Treatment project and maintenance activities. o Other operational matters. 10. Clerk / Administrative Director Report o Water rights update. o State Auditor reporting requirements. o Other administrative matters. 11. Closed Session o The Board may enter into a closed session pursuant to Utah Code ยง52-4-205 for the purpose of discussing the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; pending or reasonably imminent litigation; the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property; or the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems. 12.
