- TRIDELL-LAPOINT WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING June 8, 2026 Monday 6:30 P.M. PUBLIC HEARING & BOARD AGENDA Call meeting to order. Review current income & expenses. Approval of May 18, 2026 minutes. Public input (limit 15 minutes). Public Hearing regarding CIB application for Treatment train, loan & grant variables. Discuss Master Plan, project priority order for funding. Discuss Certified Tax rate and vote on. Discuss tiered rate ideas. Discuss Policy for RV park, steps, connections required, etc Discuss Work Order/Asset Management programs. System O&M reports. Billing One meter has paid and had payment returned 3 times. Operational Infrastructure Water availability, and usage to date Goal Progress review Executive session as needed. Adjourn.
