Main St. Suite 2 Grantsville, Utah 84029 And via Microsoft Teams ACCESS: To attend via Microsoft Teams Videoconference, use the link below: https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/211605954117533?p=31VMeBjIw8Qtj0neqL To attend via telephone, dial 720-547-5281 and enter Conference ID: 948 280 29# Board of Trustees Tom Clark Chair Mark Nickless Vice-Chair Ryan Hoggan Clerk Shaun Johnson Treasurer Josh Brgoch Finance Director PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Boards of Trustees (the 'Boards'), of Deseret Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-16 (the 'Districts'), will hold a meeting of the Boards on the 8th day of June, 2026, commencing at 9:30 a.m., at 183 E. Main St. Suite 2 Grantsville, Utah 84029 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda: I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS A. Call to order. B. Public Comment. Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District that are otherwise not on the agenda. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person. II. LEGAL MATTERS A. Review and consider acceptance of Disclosure of Position in Utah Land and Water Advisors LLC and Recusal from Board Action from Shaun Johnson (enclosure). B. Review and consider approval of Agreement with SJ Company to act as the General Contractor for the Districts and manage procurement processes (enclosure). 1. Review and consider approval of the near-term procurements SJ Company will oversee as General Contractor (to be distributed). C. Review and consider acceptance of letter from Schedio confirming SJ Company's rates are consistent with market rates (to be distributed). D. Additional actions and considerations related to the Districts' upcoming infrastructure planning and programming. III. OTHER BUSINESS IV. ADJOURNMENT [This notice to be posted at the District office, published on the Utah Public Notice Website at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.]
