Approve minutes of the previous meeting b. Approve purchase orders, payroll and payment of bills c. Licenses and permits PUBLIC COMMENTS COMMUNICATIONS AND REQUESTS a. Fire Department Report b. Millard County Commission Report OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a. Discuss and possibly approve purchase of a mudjacking pump for repairs of city sidewalks b. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 26-10 amending the Fillmore City Personnel Policy for the purpose of changing the new hire probationary period. The probationary period for new hires would change from three months to two months. c. Discussion and possible action regarding a proposed offer to purchase approximately 180 acres of city property located at approximately 400 N 1100 W d. Discuss and possibly take action regarding the renewal of the contract between Fillmore City and Holt Waste regarding a price increase for waste removal services COUNCIL/CITY ATTORNEY/MAYOR DEPARTMENT REPORTS (Identification of issues for consideration on future agendas)
