- NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on June 16, 2026 at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following: - Highland City Budget Adjustments for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 - Adoption of the Highland City Interim Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 - Interfund transfer of $108,000 from the Pressurized Irrigation Enterprise Fund to the General Fund. This transfer represents 3.5% of the Fiscal year 2026-2027 budgeted expenses of the PI Fund. - Highland City Officer Compensation For more information or special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the Highland City Recorder at (801) 772-4505 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
