- Agenda Town of Leeds Planning Commission Wednesday, June 3, 2026 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Leeds Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC MEETING on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Leeds Town Hall, 218 N. Main Street, Leeds, UT 84746. If you are interested in participating remotely via Google Meets, please contact Town Hall at 435-879-2447 or email the clerk@leeds.utah.gov for Google Meets details. Regular Meeting 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Invocation 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Declaration of Abstentions or Conflicts 5. Approval of Agenda/Minutes: a. Approval of Tonight's Agenda of June 3, 2026 b. Review and Possible Approval of Meeting Minutes of April 1, 2026 6. Announcements: a. Cookout Dinner Friday June 19 @ 6:30PM at the Town Park Peach Pit Pavilion b. Dumpster Days June 19 & 20 c. Primary Ballot Box Available at Town Hall Through Election Day June 23 7. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit Full Throttle Dog Camp Commercial Dog Kennel 8. Discussion and Possible Action Items - a. Discussion and Possible Action on Conditional Use Permit for Full Throttle Dog Camp Commercial Dog Kennel b. Update Wildland Urban Interface ('WUI') Code for the Town of Leeds 9. Staff Reports 10. Adjournment The Town of Leeds will provide reasonable accommodation for persons needing assistance to participate in this public meeting.
