- Utah Transit Authority Local Advisory Council REGULAR MEETING AGENDA Wednesday, May 6, 2026 - 11:00 AM - Warm Springs Service Center The UTA Local Advisory Council will meet in person at UTA Warm Springs - 900 North 500 West, Salt Lake City, Utah. 1. Call to Order & Opening Remarks - Vice Chair Natalie Hall 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Vice Chair Natalie Hall 3. Safety First Minute - Jon Larsen 4. Public Comment - Vice Chair Natalie Hall 5. Consent - Vice Chair Natalie Hall a. Approval of the February 18, 2026 Local Advisory Council Meeting Minutes b. Audit Committee Report 6. Discussion a. Open Dialogue with the Board of Trustees - Bob Stevenson, Carlton Christensen a. FrontRunner 2x Program - Jon Larsen, Brian Allen, Braden Andersen 8. Adjourn - Vice Chair Natalie Hall After the meeting has adjourned, the Local Advisory Council will participate in a walking tour of the Warm Springs facility. Meeting Information: - Special Accommodation: Information related to this meeting is available in alternate formats upon request by contacting adacompliance@rideuta.com or (801) 287-3536. Requests for accommodations should be made at least two business days in advance of the scheduled meeting. - Meeting proceedings may be viewed remotely by following the meeting video link on the UTA Public Meeting Portal - https://rideuta.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx - In the event of technical difficulties with the remote connection or live-stream, the meeting will proceed in person and in compliance with the Open and Public Meetings Act. - Public Comment may be given live during the meeting by attending in person at the meeting location OR by joining the remote Zoom meeting. o Comments are limited to 3 minutes per commenter. o One person's time may not be combined with another person's time. o Distribution of handouts or other materials to meeting participants or attendees is not allowed. o To support a respectful meeting environment, actions or words that disrupt the meeting, intimidate other participants, obstruct the view or hearing of others, or may cause safety concerns are not allowed. o To join by Zoom: Use this link: https://bit.ly/UTA_LAC_05-06-26 and follow the instructions to register for the meeting. Use the 'raise hand' function in Zoom to indicate you would like to make a comment. - Public Comment may also be given through alternate means.
