- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A PUBLIC MEETING May 5, 2026 PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Beaver County Commissioners of Beaver County, Utah, will hold a regular Meeting on May 5, 2026, at the place and time set forth below to consider the agenda item(s) hereinafter set forth. MEETING PLACE: Beaver County Administration Building 105 East Center Street, Beaver, Utah. MEETING TIME: 10:00 AM 10:00 AM Open Meeting Commissioner Hollingshead Call to order Commissioner Hollingshead - Prayer offered by Commissioner Wade Hollingshead. - Pledge of Allegiance led by Chloee Anderson New Business 10:05: CDBG Public Hearing 10:10: Approve Bills 10:15: The Lavatory Contract Discussion - Bathrooms for the 2026 Beaver County Fair 10:20: Approve Travel Council Requests 10:30: CUP 2026-08- Thermo No. 1 BE-01, LLC- Conditional Use Permit Application 10:35: Amend Resolution 2026-05 to include an end date ADJOURN AS BEAVER COUNTY COMMISSION 10:40: CONVENE AS BEAVER COUNTY RDA Milford Solar 1 Refund Participation Agreement ADJOURN AS BEAVER COUNTY RDA 10:50: RECONVENE AS BEAVER COUNTY COMMISSION 11:00: Approve IDC Grant Application (Von) 11:15: Closed session for the purpose of discussing imminent litigation. 11:40: Meeting Adjourned (To be discussed when/as time permits) - Old Business - Commission Updates BEAVER COUNTY COMMISSION CHAIRMAN Any other business properly brought before the Board.
