- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A PUBLIC MEETING June 2, 2026 PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Beaver County Commissioners of Beaver County, Utah, will hold a regular Meeting on June 2, 2026 at the place and time set forth below to consider the agenda item(s) hereinafter set forth. MEETING PLACE: Beaver County Administration Building 105 East Center Street, Beaver, Utah. MEETING TIME: 10:00 AM 10:00 AM Open Meeting Commissioner Hollingshead Call to order Commissioner Hollingshead - - Prayer offered by Matt Sterzer. - Pledge of Allegiance led by Commissioner Tammy New Business 10:05: Approve Bills 10:10: Approve May Minutes 10:15: Large Assembly Permit Application- Eagle Point Ski Resort 10:20: Grant Funding Report 10:40: Ratify MOU for Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands Fire District 1 10:45: Ratify MOU for Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands Fire District 2 10:50: Ratify May Tax Sell 10:55: CUP 2026-10 - NCLF, LLC: Sorting Recyclable Materials 11:15: 2025 ORPA Contract 11:25: Update the Fee Schedule 11:30: Closed session for the purpose of discussing Real Property Negotiation 12:00: Meeting Adjourned (To be discussed when/as time permits) - Old Business Assignment of Public Defender Contract with Ryan Nielsen - Commission Updates BEAVER COUNTY COMMISSION CHAIRMAN Any other business properly brought before the Board.
