- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING INPUT IS REQUESTED BY THE TREMONTON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ITEM SCHEDULED FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON: Thursday, June 9, 2026 @ 5:30 PM Tremonton City Hall - 102 S. Tremont St. Council Chambers Discussion/Public Hearing/Decision - Tremonton City Rezone: Request to rezone property from Manufacturing - Distribution / Business Park District (MD-B) to Highway Commercial District (CH). The property is identified by parcel number 05-171-0038 and is located at 400 North 2000 West in Tremonton City. All interested citizens are invited to attend or to watch the meeting via the City YouTube Channel. Prior to the meeting date, written comments may be sent to: Tremonton City Planning Commission cepling@tremontoncity.gov Notice to West NPI District Residents This item is scheduled for discussion at the upcoming Neighborhood Partnership Initiative (NPI) West District meeting on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.
