Call to Order Invocation: Councilor Leslie Staples Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of the April 28, 2026 City Council Meeting Minutes 3. Approval of the Invoice Register dated May 11, 2026 4. Public Comment - This is the public's opportunity to briefly comment on items not on the agenda 5. Second Public Hearing to accept public comments to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program for Program Year 2026. The application is being made to upgrade the Kamas City Sewer Treatment System. 6. Kamas Action donation request for a holiday tree and plants 7. Possible Ordinance, An Ordinance Regarding Fencing and Screening Requirements in certain zoning districts, amending Kamas Municipal Code §15.12.040 - Fencing, §15.13.050 - Landscaping and Open Space, §15.14.040 - Fencing, §15.15.040 - Fencing, §15.16.040 - Fencing, and §15.17.050 - Fencing and Screening 8. Possible Ordinance, An Ordinance amending Kamas Municipal Code §15.02.010 Definitions 9. Tentative 2025-2026 Amended Budget presented to City Council to review 10. Tentative 2026-2027 Budget presented to City Council to review, adopt, and to set a date for the public hearing 11. Department Reports 12. Adjournment
