- HENEFER TOWN PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE DEARDEN-RICHINS ANNEXATION Notice is hereby given that the Henefer Town Council will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed Dearden-Richins Annexation into Henefer Town. Meeting Date: Tuesday June 2, 2026 Meeting Time: 7:00 PM Location: Henefer Town Hall 150 West Center Street Henefer, Utah 84033 Proposal: The Henefer Town Council will consider a request to annex approximately 21.22 acres of property into the municipal boundaries of Henefer Town. The subject properties are generally located along South Henefer Road and include parcels NS-838-2, DBF-1, DBF-2, NS-839, NS-833-A, and a portion of NS-833 . The annexation area is located within the Southeast Quarter of Section 9 and the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 3 North, Range 4 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, Summit County, Utah . Purpose of Hearing: To receive public comment and consider adoption of an ordinance approving the annexation and expansion of Henefer Town boundaries. Public Participation: All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments. Written comments may also be submitted to the Henefer Town Recorder prior to the meeting. Additional Information: A copy of the annexation petition, legal description, and related materials is available for public review at Henefer Town Hall during regular business hours.
