- Tremonton City Corporation Planning Commission April 28, 2026 Meeting to be held at 102 South Tremont Street 5:30 p.m. AGENDA 1. Approval of agenda 2. Declaration of Conflict of Interest 3. Approval of Minutes - March 24, 2026 4. Presentations - ChrisDean Epling a. Tremont Project Rezone (MU to R1-8) b. Clover Fields: Single-Family Residential Transitional Overlay (Chapter 1.16.235) c. Valley Vista PUD Application (Chapter 1.33) 5. Public Hearings a. To receive input on proposed rezoning from MU (Multi-Use) to R1-8 (Single family house on 8000 square foot lots) of parcel 05-181-0025 and 05-181-0007. b. To receive input on proposed application of the Single-Family Residential Transition Overlay (found in Chapter 1.16.235) to parcels 05-060-0088 and 05-060-0089. c. To receive input on proposed application of PUD Overlay Zone (found in Chapter 1.33) to parcel 06-059-01105. 6. Public Comments a. Residents may address the commission during this time. Please limit comments to 3 minutes or less. 7. New Business: a. Discussion of Tremont Project Rezone b. Discussion Clover Fields Overlay c. Discussion Valley Vista PUD Application 8.
