- Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Uintah Highlands Improvement District will hold a Regular Board Meeting on Thursday, May 21, 2026, beginning at 5:30 p.m., at the District Office, located at 2401 East 6175 South. Invocation: Public Comments (Public not listed on the agenda may make comments at this time - limit 3 minutes. No motion will be made.) (1) Review minutes of March 19, 2026: (a) Board to review and approve, or correct, previous months minutes (2) Unfinished business of previous meeting's discussion: (a) None (3) Review and Approval of March and April 2026 bills: (a) Discussion to approve March 2026 bills (b) Discussion to approve April 2026 bills (c) Review of YTD financials and April Balance Sheet (4) Items for Board Discussion and Consideration for Approval: (a) None (5) Staff Reports: (a) Water Quality Report: Matt to brief (b) 2026 Projects: Sharon Circle has started - Osmond Dr being discussed w Contactor (c) Admin- Audit and Rate Study Progress (d) Public Relations: XBP/Caselle (e) Employee H/R Discussion (6) Possible Closed Meeting - (Concerning Pending & Threatened Litigation, Purchase or Sale of Real Property, Security, Deployment or Personnel Issues).
