NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Council will hold a work session meeting at 6:00 p.m., followed by a City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. or thereafter on the 6th day of May 2026, at the Garland City Building. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. The agenda shall be as follows: Work Session - 6:00 p.m. 1. Call Work Session to Order 2. Public Hearing, consideration and possible action on the adoption of Ordinance, O-26-06 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GARLAND, UTAH, AMENDING GARLAND CITY CODE 5-2-1, ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE DOG REGISTRATION AND LICENSING FOR GARLAND CITY. 8. Old Business a. Discussion and Possible Action on Ordinance, O-26-05 Amending Chapter 7-1 of the Garland City Municipal Code to Clarify Property Owner Responsibility for Water and Utility Charges and to require a Utility Billing Rental Form 9.
