- Notice is hereby given that the Lake Point Improvement District will hold it regularly scheduled business meeting on May 14, 20526 beginning at 7:00 pm at the Broken Arrow Conference Room, 8960 Clinton Landing Road, Lake Point, UT. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to Order 2. Public Concerns 3. Approval of Minutes 4. Finances 5. Operations: a. Performance report - weekly influent sampling b. Nutrient monitoring c. Jesse Johnson Operator d. Summer fill in for Karl e. Blue staking f. GIS System 6. Construction projects and repairs a. Lift Station number 1 (by Broken Arrow) i. Electrical bid review b. Lift Station number 4 (by lagoons) c. Aerators d. Blue Moon Drive sewer repair e. Sunset sewer manhole location f. Collette/Weston Way pavement repair g. Regional pump station Backflow prevention device h. Chlorine shed roof i. Lagoon weed control 7. Aerator Expansion project 8. Sewer Rate Study 9. Other District Business or Trustee Concerns 10.
