- NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Glenwood Town Council and to the general public that the Glenwood Town Council will hold its regular Town Council Meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Glenwood Town Hall located at 175 Eat 300 North, Glenwood, Utah. AGENDA 1. WELCOME 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 5. PENDING BUSINESS - Public Comments 6. JULY 24TH ACTIVITIES 7. BUSINESS LICENSE APPROVAL - Lindsey Marie Gallery Photography 8. PARK 9. CULINARY WATER 10. STREETS 11. FLOOD CHANNEL/DEBRIS BASIN DAM 12. CEMETERY 13. ANIMAL CONTROL 14. TREASURER BUSINESS a. Approval of Bills to be Paid b. Preliminary Budget 15. ADJOURNMENT I certify that copies of this Notice and Agenda were e-mailed to the governing body on the 11th day of May, 2026. Posted in three public places and to the Utah Public Notice Website on May 11, 2026. Sharlet R. Udy Clerk/Recorder The Town Council at its discretion may rearrange the order of any items(s) on the agenda. Final action may be taken on any item on the agenda. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Sharlet R. Udy, Town Clerk, at 896-0260 at least 24 hours before the meeting. In accordance with State Stature, Council may by two-thirds vote, go into a closed meeting.
