- TOWN OF STERLING COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY MAY 19 2026 AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown. Agenda shall be as follows: Welcome by Mayor Zeb Wignall, Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call. 1. Public Comments a. Discussions/Concerns brought up by community members or council not to be voted on. 2. Discussion and Action Items a. Discussion and Vote on hiring the new clerk/recorder b. Continued discussion and Vote on Adopting an ordinance regulating Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) c. Continued discussion and Vote on adopting an ordinance regulating Short Term Rentals (STRs). d.
