- ANNABELLA TOWN COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Annabella Town Council will hold a meeting on Thursday, April 9, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Hall located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Mayor John Chartier conducting. (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) Town Council Meeting 6:00 p.m. I. Business Considerations A. Roll Call B. Opening Remarks C. Pledge of Allegiance D. Citizen input - Limited to three minutes per comment II. Council Business A. Approval of minutes B. Approval of warrant register C. Consider approving request from Eric and Tamara Roberts to purchase two additional cemetery plots D. Discussion regarding the Utah Projects Portal and potential CIB project submissions, including storm drainage improvements E. Discussion of the preliminary budget for the upcoming fiscal year F. Discuss reservoir water levels and irrigation water supply along with possible updates to current water restrictions III. Department Business A. Parks & Buildings B. Activities C. Cemetery D. Roads E. Water IV. Youth Council Business V. Other Business VI.
