- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Pine View Public Infrastructure District No. 1 & 2 Board of Trustees Joint Public Hearing and Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF PINE VIEW PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 & 2 WILL HOLD A JOINT MEETING ON MAY 14, 2026, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 1:00 P.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Public Hearing 1. Open and amend the 2026 Budget for PID 1 D. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on March 2, 2026, for PID 1 & 2 and April 29, 2026, for PID 1 2. Consider approval of the Quarterly Expenditures E. Action Items 1. Consider adoption of Resolution 2026-02, 2026 Budget Amendments for PID 1 2. Consider accepting the First Quarter Financial Statements F. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Discussion on Conflict-of-Interest Disclosures G. Other Items From Board Members H.
