- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT The Town Council of Fairfield, Utah, shall hold a Public Hearing On May 13, 2026 @ 7:00 P.M., At the Town Office, 121 West Main Street, Fairfield, Utah. Notice of Public Hearing The Fairfield Town Council will conduct a Public Hearing on the following: A Resolution Amending The Fairfield Town Budget For Fiscal Year 2025-2026. A Resolution Adopting the Tentative Budget for Fairfield, for Fiscal Year 2026-2027; and Setting a Public Hearing for the Adoption of the Final Budget. Discussion of a proposal to amend the Fairfield Fee Schedule. Meeting Date: Wednesday, May 13, 2026, 7 p.m. Meeting Location: Fairfield Town Office 121 West Main Street Fairfield, UT 84013 Zoom Meeting https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84391425968?pwd=f7dEpPJabPB0ZFbbDWOIPvWGB1Bskm.1 Meeting ID: 843 9142 5968 Passcode: 617070 The proposed application, staff reports, and associated informational materials will be available for review on the Town's website, fairfieldtown.gov, by May 5th at 5 pm. Printed copies are available if needed during office hours. To provide public comment, email sshelley@fairfieldtown-UT.gov. Comments received will be added to the public record at the public hearing.
