- Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm on the 12th day of May 2026 at the Garland City Building. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call Meeting to Order 2. Vote to Approve Minutes a) March 10, 2025 3. Consideration and possible action on site plan approval of Losee Storage Units. Phase 2 for construction of storage units and associated site improvements on 3.04 acres, located at 246 W 1400 S (Parcel No. 06-061-0133) which property lies in the Commercial (C-1) zoning district. 4.
