- Lake Point City Council Meeting Agenda Public Notice is hereby given that Lake Point City Council will hold a public meeting. Council members may participate electronically in accordance with the City's electronic meeting policy. Date: Wednesday, May 13, 2026 Place: Lake Point Fire Station 1528 Sunset Rd Lake Point, UT 84074 Time: 6:00 PM 1. Opening Formalities A. Call to Order B. Prayer C. Pledge of Allegiance D. Presiding Officer E. Attendance Roll Call 2. Legal Training/Clarification 3. Staff Report 4. Public Comment- This is the time for any person to address the Council on any topic not on the agenda for Public Hearing. Public Hearing agenda items will have a separate comment period during the public hearing agenda item. Any written comments may be provided to the City Recorder before or during the public comment time frame. 5. Approve the Minutes A. 2026 04.29 6. Reports/Presentations A. Tooele County Sheriff's Office B. North Tooele Fire District i) Monthly report ii) North Tooele's Cooperative Wildfire System Agreement 7. Action/Business Items A. Resolution - Lake Point Tentative Budget Fiscal Year 2027 B. Firework restriction regulations for upcoming season C. Expense to be considered for approval- ET Canal clean out south area adjacent to Beehive property D. Council consider procurement for an 'as needed' City Planner 8. Council Updates A.
