- COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Spring City will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2026/2027. The project includes upgrading our city park equipment. Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 6:30 P.M. on Thursday, May 7, 2026 and will be held at the Spring City City Hall, 45 S. 100 E., Spring City, UT 84662. Further information can be obtained by contacting Ruth Ann McCain at 435-462-2244 ext. 3. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Ruth Ann McCain at Spring City City Hall, 45 S. 100 E., Spring City, UT 84662 at least three days prior to the hearing.
