- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Rush Valley Town Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Rush Valley Town Hall, 52 South Park Street, Rush Valley, Utah. AMENDED AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Pledge of Allegiance/Roll Call 2. Sheriff's Report 3. Consideration of An Ordinance Adopting Chapter 7A - Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in the Land Use Management and Development Code 4. Amendment to Price of Shed Purchased for Cemetery 5. Consideration to Surplus Old Shed at St. John Cemetery 6. Approval to Purchase Weather Meters for Brush Trucks 7. Approval to Purchase Fire Hose for Brush Trucks 8. Approval to Pay McCormick and Sons Excavation for Paving of Triangles in St. John 9. Approval to Spend Grant Money from Tooele Recreation Special Service District 10. Fire Department Report 11. Council Report 12. Safety Topic 13. Payment of Bills 14. Public Comments 15.
