- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A PUBLIC MEETING April 21, 2026 PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Beaver County Commissioners of Beaver County, Utah, will hold a regular Meeting on April 21, 2026 at the place and time set forth below to consider the agenda item(s) hereinafter set forth. MEETING PLACE: Beaver County Administration Building 105 East Center Street, Beaver, Utah. MEETING TIME: 10:00 AM 10:00 AM Open Meeting Commissioner Hollingshead Call to order Commissioner Hollingshead - Prayer offered by Leo Kanell. - Pledge of Allegiance led by Ginger McMullin. New Business 10:05: Approve Bills. 10:10: Economic Development Board Members Resolution 2026-04. 10:13: Rural County Grant Funding $25,000 Reallocation. 10:15: Ratify Jones and DeMille Engineering Contract - Geothermal Road Intersection. 10:20: Ratify Jones and DeMille Engineering Assignment Order- Beaver County Fair Grounds Parking Lot. 10:25: Ratify Terracon Access Agreement- Former Milford Hospital. 10:30: Ratify New Hires 10:35: Consider Resolution 2026-06: Personnel Policy Resolution. 10:40: Ordinance 2026-07: Antiquated Fences Bordering State Highways. 10:45: Closed session for the purpose of discussing imminent litigation. 11:00: Meeting Adjourned.
