- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A PUBLIC MEETING April 7, 2026 PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Beaver County Commissioners of Beaver County, Utah, will hold a regular Meeting on April 7, at the place and time set forth below to consider the agenda item(s) hereinafter set forth. MEETING PLACE: Beaver County Administration Building 105 East Center Street, Beaver, Utah. MEETING TIME: 10:00 AM 10:00 AM Open Meeting Commissioner Hollingshead Call to order Commissioner Hollingshead - Prayer offered by TBA. - Pledge of Allegiance led by TBA New Business 10:05: Approve Bills. 10:10: Approve March Minutes. 10:15: Request for Letter of Support from the Beaver County Commission: Lawrence Welk Show 70th Anniversary. 10:20: Consider Resolution 2026-05: Declaration of emergency for drought season. 10:25: Ordinance 2026-02. A-10 to A-5, Ordinance 2026-06: Subdivision Procedure Updates. 11:00: Indigent Burial Request- Michael Walters. 11:05: Indigent Burial Request- Allen Solomon. 11:10: The American Legion. ADJOURN AS BEAVER COUNTY COMMISSION 11:25: CONVENE AS BEAVER COUNTY RDA Consider Approving Solar Tax Incentive Reimbursements. ADJOURN AS BEAVER COUNTY RDA 11:35: RECONVENE AS BEAVER COUNTY COMMISSION 11:40: Surplus vehicles- 2 11:45: AMERICA250. 11:50: Deed of Conservation Easement. 12:00: Closed session for the purpose of discussing imminent litigation. 12:30: Meeting Adjourned.
