HINCKLEY, UT THE AGENDA ORDER MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: INVOCATION I. PLEDGE II. ROLL CALL III. GUESTS IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING V. PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES, AND COMMUNICATION VI.
