- Call to order and Roll Call. 2. Public comments on items not listed on the meeting agenda. 3. Consideration and possible action to approve the minutes of A: April 1, 2026, meeting, (Exhibit 1) and B: April 13, 2026, meeting. (Exhibit 2) 4. Discussion of takeaways from public meeting April 13th. 5. Consideration and possible approval of an Interlocal Agreement between the District and Summit County for the District to fund a transportation study of a proposed connector road between Cub Run and Olympic Parkway. (Exhibit 3) For item 6A - please identify the specific software for possible purchase and include in the materials the cost information for the software. Procurement items must be specifically identified (name, type, quantity/duration, cost, procurement method, etc.) 6. Closed session to discuss possible acquisition of property. 7. Next steps while awaiting the results of the transportation study. 8. Agenda items for June 11, meeting. A. Discussion: establishing an A-I policy B. Discussion: selecting a District accountant C.
