- COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT(CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Salina City will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2023. Salina City is seeking to construct a new City Park, which is located at 329 W 400 N. Salina City, UT 84654. This project will include a sprinkler system, topsoil, and grading, hydroseeding, playground mulch, 4-inch-thick concrete flatwork, sidewalk-4 inch thick, and playground equipment. Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation, and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 6:30 P.M. On April 12, 2023, and will be held at 90 West Main Salina UT. 84654. Further information can be obtained by contacting Ashlee Larsen at (435) 529-7304. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Ashlee Larsen at 90 West Main Salina Utah at least three days prior to the hearing.
