SCHEDULED ITEMS 1.1 DISCUSSION - General Overview of Current Work and School Boundaries (20 min) 1.2 DISCUSSION - Overall Projected Financial Update (20 min) 1.3 DISCUSSION - Timpanogos School District (TSD) Update on Sharon School Site (20 min) 1.4 DISCUSSION - UTA Options on 400 East (Sharon Site - Transition School) (20 min) 1.5 OTHER DISCUSSION (as time allows) Communication & Intergovernmental Coordination - Regular meeting schedule or liaison roles - Data sharing between City and District - Coordinated public messaging Legislative & Policy Advocacy - Shared priorities at the state level - Advocacy for education funding or municipal support - Monitoring legislation impacting both entities Economic Development Connections - Partnerships with local businesses - Career and Technical Education (CTE) alignment 1.6 SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING 2. ADJOURN THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
