- BEAVER CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA FOR APRIL 15, 2026 - 5:30 P.M. BEAVER CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS - 30 W. 300 N., BEAVER, UT 84713 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Beaver, Utah, will hold its regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15, 2026. 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Mayor Matt Robinson 2. Opening: City Council Member Monte Hawkins 3. Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes March 24th, 2026 4. Approval of bills for March 24, 2026, to April 14, 2026 5. Policy/ Handbook HSA/ Definitions 6. Utility Connection Requirements 7. Beau Bradshaw -Impact Fees and Water Acquisition 8. Fee Schedule Considerations 9. Wellness Program Survey Results 10. FY27 Capital Project Priorities List 11. Sound Trailer Plan 12. New Beaver City Coin 13. Reports, Updates, Old Business Follow Up: Elected Officials and Staff 14. Public Comment: 15. CLOSED SESSION: The Beaver City Council will close a portion of their meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical, mental health or criminal conduct of an individual; to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, or water when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property or prevent the City from completing the transaction on the best possible terms; to hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, discussions regarding security of City devices or systems. 16. ACTION: Any action to be taken because of or arising from discussions had in the closed session. 17. ADJOURNMENTS: CERTIFICATE OF POSTING/DELIVERY: The undersigned duly appointed City Recorder does hereby certify that the above Notice of Agenda was posted on this 14th day of April 2026, 24 hours in advance of the meeting. A copy of the foregoing notice of agenda was posted on the Public Meeting Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Beaver City website http://www.beavercityut.gov and posted at the Beaver City Center.
