PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO SECTIONS 12.2800.2804 AND 12.2300.2304 OF THE CITY CODE TO ESTABLISH ADDITIONAL ACCESS REQUIREMENTS FOR DEVELOPMENTS CONTAINING MORE THAN 80 DWELLING UNITS OR COMMERCIAL LOTS 4.
